The Willows Brochure

This brochure was designed for a senior apartment community in Newhall, CA. The customer wanted this half-fold brochure to appear to active seniors that are looking for a fun, socially active community to live in. We re-created their logo for this brochure, accented their burgundy color scheme with some green and polished up the copy.
